Hello, I tried porting my number from another carrier to PM yesterday afternoon. Something went wrong and my number is attached to an eSIM that is invalid and will not install on my phone so I have no service.
sent a message to CS agent yesterday at 2:30pm and have not heard back - anyone have current approximate wait times or a workaround to get my number working again?
