I upgraded my plan yesterday for my trip to Mexico to include roaming but Today I got unpleasant surprise. There is no roaming on my phone. Plan wasn’t cheap so I would like this to be fixed as soon as possible or I’d like to get my money back for services not provided

I've tried that as well as turning my SIM on and off with no change. It seems like my data roaming is off even though every setting says otherwise. I even had data for a brief moment when I first entered service which is really strange to me.

hi @Patrick97
try to set the network mode to 4G or LTE, then try all three Networks, T-Mobile AT&T and Verizon

I am also having this problem in Nevada currently. I have restarted my phone multiple times and switched between different carriers and ensured data roaming is on but cannot get internet, just calling / text.
Data was working for the entire trip up until now but has not reconnected after leaving a dead zone without coverage.

Thanks for quick replies. I will explain what happened:
i’ve tried reseting network settings, restarting phone etc.
the issue was that since I’m using dual sim - the roaming settings are deeper than usually described on regular explanatory notes.
you have to go to cellular> then you will see both your numbers at SIMs section. You have to select number you want roaming on. Then you will see all roaming settings and at the very bottom there is option to toggle roaming on/off. Unfortunately I didn’t find this information anywhere and it took a while to find

hi @Marexas
make sure you turn on Roaming mobile data on the phone. Change network mode to 4G. Try connect to T-Mobile and Telcel
