No service in USA despite plan giving me data

I have a plan that allows me to use my phone in the US and gives me I believe 50 GB. But it is not working in the US. It shows I have no internet .  Please help

I have none of these configuration options on my iPhone 15. What do I do?

You have a Canada US plan?

Make sure you turn on Roaming Mobile Data .  Also, better to change network mode to 4G or LTE.  Last, try Manual network connection.  Try each of these networks: AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile
