Internet doesn't work properly

I am noticing internet is too slow or doesnt work as expected, shows 5g available but internet is too slow most of the times, noticing it from today morning, any thoughts on this!

@Sura  Might just be local network congestion. But you can try to reboot the phone and test all networks 4G /LTE and of course 5G in different areas. See if it improves . If the issue persists ask support to look into it for you 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

hi @Sura where you are at?

try reboot phone first.  try also Reset Network Settings 

if that does not work, try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE and see if it improves 

if sane, ask PM to reset the account
