International calling from BC Canada to EU countries

Hi there!

I have 500 MINUTES INT'L LD BONUS  & remaining 460 MINUTES INT'L LD BONUS to use,

however, I cannot make a call to SLOVAK REPUBLIC neither UNITED KINGDOM- the call simply doesn't get through. I wonder is these EU countries are included in these bonuses as calling destinations/ what countries can I call to/ Do Bonuses apply to land lines/ mobile lines, or both options, please??

it didn't work last time I call.  So, pretty sure you can't call Slovak with it.   Calling overseas is something I find troublesome here.  Glad I can use Whatsapp or iMessage

Sorry, but Public Mobile does not offer calling to Slovakia.  As for the UK, the bonus minutes should work. Instead of 01144 followed by the rest of the number, please try +44 followed by the rest of the number.  Calling to a mobile or landline doesn't make any difference.

Slovak Republic is not   on the list of the countries you can call with the 500 LD bonus minutes. 

With that bonus LD minutes, you can only call 

International Long Distance calling add-on covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.
