I need to cancel an Add-on I want my money refunded IMMEDIATELY!

I was of the understanding that I would be creating a ticked to GET MY MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. I purchased a 300 minutes International calling only to realize that my country is not included in this plan. I want this add-on cancelled and my money refunded immediately.

You made a mistake.  Now you wait.  Why would you add it without reading the details?

not immediately but usually very quick

but instead of a full refund to the credit card, they usually put the money back to your account as a credit

have you opened a ticket yet? if not, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
