I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my disappointment regarding the current international calling options available with Public Mobile plans.
As a member of the Korean-Canadian community here in Vancouver, I'm quite disappointed to discover that South Korea is not included in any of the international calling add-ons or packages offered by Public Mobile. This is particularly frustrating because Korea is home to one of the largest immigrant communities in Canada, especially here in BC.
Many of us have family, friends, and business connections back in Korea that we need to stay in touch with regularly. The current rates for calling Korea without an international package are quite expensive, making it difficult for us to maintain these important relationships.
I understand that Public Mobile focuses on providing affordable no-frills service, but including Korea in the international calling options would be a huge benefit for many customers. Other major carriers in Canada typically include Korea in their international calling packages, and I believe Public Mobile could attract more customers from the Korean-Canadian community by offering this option.
Would it be possible for Public Mobile to consider adding Korea to the list of countries included in international calling add-ons? I think this would be a valuable addition that many customers would appreciate.
