I want to change to the $19 plan. But when I'm logged into my account it doesn't give me the option for the $19 plan?

@Grace007 Sorry we can only change to the plans that are available to us to change to in our accounts despite what we see on the website unfortunately. . If you really want that plan you could create new account with new email and sim and new phone number to get it , that or port number out and back in on newly created account with new sim and new email and keep same phone number with desired plan is your only options
