Can’t use my phone to send messages

Need need can’t use my phone to send iMessage or text to most of my contacts.

@xela1  Do you have eSIM or physical sim ? If physical can you test the SIM card in another phone to test . Can also try rebooting your device or reset network settings and see if that helps . But if you need support to try and refresh your account you can 

send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

just want to confirm if you just activate the service with PM? Voice calls and data both working well and just not iMessage?

Try to re-register iMessage.  On your Settings screen, remove your phone number, then reboot the phone.  Wait another 5 mins and go back to the Settings screen and enter your phone number to re-register.  The re-registration could take 5 mins, please wait till it completes and test iMessage again
