Since PM doesn't cover Pakistan in international calls, I'd advise that you use an internet app like WhatsApp or Messenger to call.

@fa11 if you have an android you can download google hangouts dialer app and you can set it up to use your cellphone number. it will use either wifi or data

Unfortunately you would not be able to via Public Mobile. You would have to look into something along the lines of a calling card that are sold at corner stores,etc or apps such as WhatsApp or Messenger.

International countries include: Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela

Public mobile only has international calling to 18 countries.

Included countries: Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.

For Pakistan, you could buy an international long distance calling card or use Wifi apps such as FaceTime, Whatsup, etc.
