Hello!
I am currently not in Canada. I didn’t realize that international minutes didn’t work outside of Canada. Am I able to get a refund?

hi @Kzaff if you just bought it today, never use it and submit ticket early, bigger chance they will refund, actually move the fund back to your account, not really refund to CC

@Kzaff Alternatively, you can keep those international minutes if you have family or friends in any of the countries that can be called with that add-on since all add-ons (excepting US roaming) don't expire until depleted no matter how long it takes.

You can always ask agent for refund explaining your mistake.
Refund might depend on person you reach...

Even better, if you happen to be in the United States, it’s possible public mobile will remove the international add-on and allow you to use the funds used to purchase it toward a US roaming add-on.
Of course, this is only useful if you are in the United States as public mobile only offers roaming there outside Canada.

open a ticket with SIMon Chatboth

and Click, Contact Us
then Click, Other
and, Click here to submit a ticket.

@Kzaff PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. However, if it is an honest mistake, PM could be able to reverse the transaction . Please open ticket with PM

@Kzaff - you could ask CSA nicely if they would remove the addon and move the cost of the addon to your Available Funds area, this would take less time than asking for a refund likely.
