International add on not working.

Good morning, 

I’m in France and have the 300 international add on purchased however my phone has no service here. 

I have turned the phone off and back on with no resolve. 

what can I do?

You need to purchase a local SIM in France for service or download the Fongo app and connect to wifi or on the local SIM data for calling and texting. You can also WhatsApp if all parties have this app.

Sorry, but there is no Public Mobile service in France. The add-on that you have purchased is only to make long distance calls while you're in Canada.  For cell phone service while you're in France, you'll need to make arrangements with another cell phone carrier company.
