International Calls Add-on Refund Request

Hello, 

I purchased the international calls add-on to call my home country (Afghanistan). Unfortunately, that package does not support Afghanistan. Can anyone help me please to refund my purchase?

Public mobile won't issue a refund however they certainly understand honest mistakes and will very likely issue a credit back to your self serve account. Contact customer support as previously provided by @softech .

@cyber_hamid did you check the countries you can call with this add-on you purchased.

 

As said above the add-ons are non-refundable, you can try talking to support agents for a refund.

Let us know the outcome. Might help someone else.

@cyber_hamid   Yes, Afghanistan is not part of the counties on the Long Distance list. You might want to use Long Distance calling card instead

 

For your issue, PM is a prepaid service and usually won't allow refund.  However, you can try to open a ticket with PM and they might be willing to credit it back to  your account for use on your next renewal

 

 

To open ticket with PM:

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
