Intermittent loss of cell connection when trying to make a call.

This  is also happening to other people in our area in Lavington, BC

I have tried to make a call up to six times before making a connection.

I have an iphone 6 and it doesn't indicate on my phone whether I'm on 3g or LTE when I'm at home.

Lavington has poor PM coverage. It is good in Salmon Arms and Kelowna.

I just checked the telus outage map and there is no reported outages in your area.

However, if multiple Telus customers, there might be issues with cell reception in your area.  What about data?  Text?  Do you have VoLTE service for your account yet?  

A few basic trouble shooting advice: 

Reboot phone

Network reset of phone. (this will erase saved Wifi settings)

Try to manually select 3G network on phone to see whether talk works better.  If not better, select LTE.
