I got my sim today and proceeded to activate it via the app. I already subscribed to plan at the point of ordering the sim. However the activation is not getting completed, stuck at the fifth stage. Keeps saying the number is already in use. How can this be sorted?

The problem seems to have stemmed from not putting in the sim on time to get the OTP as I was waiting for the prompt to put the sim in which never appeared

Are you picking a new number or porting your number over to PM from another carrier?
