If porting, use old carrier until it stops working so you don't miss people calling you.

@Hiledgarciano Have you just activated and are porting in a number? That would mean your port is not complete yet. Otherwise try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work tell us and well go from there.

Which plan are you on? Does your text and data work? More details about your situation may be helpful. New customer versus old, etc.
Check your add on section to see if you see the talk minutes add on. If you don't see the talk add on, you might have used up your minutes. Then you can buy the $5 talk add on for 500 Cdn minutes (unused minutes roll over)
