Hi there,
I have been with public moblie for quite a few months now. Lately, I have noticed that when people try to call me it goes directly to voicemail.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
Thanks!

Thank you so much!! I've been having this problem for the past week on my iPhone and I just restarted it and it's back to working!!

definitely sounds like a phone reset issue.

You may have to wipe and restore your old phone in that case if you're unsure it's not one of the settings.

I basically plugged the SIM into another phone and it has been fine.

@sammiec You did not mention the make of phone, however this behaviour in an iPhone does occur when Do Not Disturb has been activated. Have you tried:
- turning Do Not Disturb On the OFF
- rebooting your phone
- asking someone to call putting *67 in front of your number to block their number in case your phone is blocking their number
- your SIM in a different phone
Sorry, just some guesses.

It is odd, becuase if I call it the second time the call will go through. It is just the inital call that will go straight to voicemail...
I remember hearing something similar in another thread a while back dont rememebr if it was silved or not..

Very strange issue. Do you have a good signal when the calls go to voicemail?
If you have access to another phone that will work with your sim card and Public Mobile, you could try using the other phone to see what happens when you call yourself.

Do outgoing calls work? Does the phone have a "do not disturb" setting?
