Hi ,
This is second time we Public mobile Members/USERS encounter this issue in 6 months, incoming calls to my phone will go straight to my voicemail . The phone doesn't ring when this happens.
Secondly when calling my wife's public mobile cell phone number it does the same, hers goes straight to voicemail as well. This problem is with Public mobile ........ it is intermittent in that sometimes it will ring but never will it ring twice in a row. So, i have missed important phones calls because of this glitch which is not good at all and certainly not good if its a call from someone who is having a heart attack or isn't well or safety related or whatever........... for our family this is a deal breaker so FIX IT ASAP !!!

@Demr Have you made sure your settings are not silencing incoming phone calls? Is your phone on 4G/LTE or 3G (what phone do you have? @Allbe2703 Are your phones set to use LTE or 3G?
