Incoming Vs outgoing voice minutes summary

Since I've switched to a plan with 100 outgoing minutes, is there a way to view 30 day cycle summaries for such?  To see if it will be adequate?

@rossputin...

many customers with limited calling plans also have the $5 / 500minutes of Canada wide calling add-on. If your regular calling plan runs outta time, then the add-on takes over (for another 500 minutes). If you have any unused add-on minutes left when your regular plan renews...those unused add-on minutes just roll over until you use them up...even if that takes several months or longer. Handy addition to the limited time calling plans.

@rossputin

Note these things about your usage history and voicemail:

  1. Outgoing to your Voicemail for people leaving you message DOES NOT USE UP your Plan minute allocation.
    • These are described as "All" under the Originating Location column.
  2. Outgoing to your Voicemail Access Number when you are checking your voicemail from your Public Mobile device DOES USE UP your Plan minute allocation.
    • These are described as province under the Originating Location column.

To avoid using your outgoing minutes from about #2, check your voicemail from another device, landline or a calling app, like Fongo.

The easiest and most accurate way is to log on to your self serve and look at this section halfway down on the left. It will display the total minutes consumed from your outcalling allotment in the current cycle:

You may wish to check/screenshot the section nearing the end of each cycle to keep a record of how many minutes you consume for the cycle.

In your self service account, you can check your usage history for the last 7 days or you can specifically determine the date ranges (ie. 30 days).  It will show incoming and outgoing calls, etc.

You can also purchase the $5 Canada wide calling add on for 500 minutes.  Unused minutes will roll over to next month.

Public mobile does bill to the nearest minute (not by second)
