I have logged in to my account, it was saying that $40 amount is due and I recharged it, Now it showing the $0 balance and asking me to make a $50 recharge again. Please tell me why I have to make the payments twice? Also, do I have to do this every month?

Anychance you've accidentally changed your plan or have add-ons ready for payment?

if problem doesn't resolve, you better message to moderator. And for the future put your credit card info into your account for the auto pay, this way you dont have to worry about it and also you will get $2 dicount every month.

No this is not something you have to do each month.
Maybe post a screen snip of your overview page so we can see what you see. Blank out personal info of course.
Was last night your renewal night? Renewals seem to be dragging out longer these days.

@Ankush If it was me I'd ignore the $50 request and see if your account remains active. If it becomes inactive then message the mods to fix things.

@Ankush Are you on AutoPay? Is your renewal today? Is your phone still working? Did you setup a plan change?
