If you switch plans, do you still not lose your previous holiday bonus add ons?

Honestly likely switching down, since data is near unusable in my living space anyway so why pay for this much of it

i know you didn't *used* to lose those bonus addons upon a plan change, but is that still the case, given things have changed since I last changed plans, like purchased data addons expiring now - will these previous "legacy" add on bonuses still not expire/be wiped?

@Whiner23  I believe your holiday international mins will be still there for you to use it’s the holiday bonus data add in that won’t be compatible of you go to 5G unlimited plan , but will remain on your account for use if you ever decide to drop back down to a 4G or 3G plan

I understand that I will not be able to use my holiday international minutes if I change to the 5g, $34 plan.

Will they be giving holiday international minute add-ons?

I myself went from the $25 plan down to the $15 plan. I did not lose any of my Christmas gifts that Public Mobile has given me. I still have all the data which is about 10GB total and approx 2000 INTL minutes. BUT and this is most important... I did NOT lose any of my loyalty credits or pre paid $2 credit either. 

In closing, you can change to any plan you want no matter what it is, you will NOT lose any of that. HOWEVER with that being said.... never EVER switch to the new rewards program. You will lose all your loyalty credits and your autopay credits. You will still keep the Christmas goodies. Cheers mate.

HOWEVER, if you change to 5G plan, your previous holiday data bonus would become "incompatible add-ons", which is mainly because you have unlimited data from 5G plans and the system will let you use the 512kbps instead of your add-ons 

No worry, when you move back to 4G or 3G plan on day, they would become Compatible add-ons again and you can use them

Adding if you switch to 5G plan it will stay on your account as incompatible . And be ready to use when on a 4G /3G plan again
