@paul007 Can't really use WhatsApp without data or Wifi.  So if you run out of PM service data then connect to your WIFI signal.  Generally I always look for my Wifi signal first, and if I can't get connected then I turn my phone data on.  I only have 1GB of data on my phone so I'm always using my Wifi as my first option.

Once data is used up all data dependant apps will not work unless you are on wifi as you have used up your data.

MMS will still work though.

If the App needs data, it will not work. Likely work on Wifi.
