HI @SS9
sorry, no cash back and can't transfer either. So, best to redeem all points if possible and stay to use up the credit before porting out

Can I transfer my points to other Public Mobile customer?

the old Rewards program has been wrapped up and now we just get points...BUT...once you accumulate at least 15 points, you can manually redeem those points for $15 toward your next regular plan renewal. It's sorta the same as before...only different.

oh that's why.. I see. but I really like the old reward plan, the monthly cash back...
11-27-2024 09:48 PM
oh that's so sad....

hi @Eno2024
yes, the opt out option is there for people who do not want to join and dont want anything. As said, this is for religious reason, and by law, any rewards program has to have an opt out option

I remember last year the reward is cash back, and I think it's better than the points reward, I am so sad it's update now...

actually, I just saw there is a new option to opt out, but I don't know whether you can get other rewards if you opt out

@Eno2024, there is no opting out of the reward system. If you do not participate in the community, then no community reward will be earned. If you do not refer other customers, they you will not get referral rewards. The points reward for each payment is sort of like a cash back because points can be redeemed for account cash. Finally, you will get point every anniversary as a token of appreciation for loyalty.

why opt out? the rewards is 5% points, pretty much cash, just need to collect to 15 points to use the $15

HI @Eno2024
sorry, you can opt out rewards but that only means you are not earning anything (some people will do this for religious reasons), but you won't get anything back
