I need someone that can help me get my number back. I miss the old CS agents, these new agents aren’t helpful at all. I’ve been with PM for 12 years now, and they still can’t help.

I just got a reply from them. Basically they can get it back but they won’t help. The old agents were so helpful.

@Blestunning1 If your account has been inactivated for long enough, the number may have been returned to its original carrier, if it wasn't Public Mobile. In that case it's true, they can't help. Are you communicating with actual agents rather than the chatbot?

Was your account suspended or closed?

how you lost your number? you accidentally use the wrong account to port in a number? or you missed the 90 days grace period for suspended account?
either way, you have to ask PM support to help. We are just customers and we cannot help with that. You can reply the message and ask it to escalate. Also, PM agent takes turn to reply, so if you waited long enough, it will be another agent replying. Please reply the message PM agent sent you and work with them

If this is matter of your account having been closed, there are no gurantees for getting your phone number back. This is something that only the customer support agents can help with so you'll need to continue working with them. Posting in a message thread here doesn't usually get a response from cusotmer support agents.
