IPHONE 6S koodo locked no incoming and data after porting

Hi I ported my number to koodo locked iphone 6s . No incoming calls and data. Phone shows public mobile signal please help ....

Tried the APN setting and the website provided in the reply. Still no incoming calls and data. Message when called is ' cell phone not equipped to accept incoming calls'

Porting can take several hours, during which time outgoing calls will work but incoming will not. Once it's complete your old account/SIM should automatically deactivate.

Regarding data, you most likely need to change the APN settings on the iPhone. This is a really common thing with iPhones when you change carriers. Check out this thread for more information. If your APN menu isn't available, use the unlockit site linked there.
