Hi I ported my number to koodo locked iphone 6s . No incoming calls and data. Phone shows public mobile signal please help ....

Tried the APN setting and the website provided in the reply. Still no incoming calls and data. Message when called is ' cell phone not equipped to accept incoming calls' Any help..
