Hello, I'm trying to get my IMEI number so I can send my phone in to be repaired. Problem is it won't turn on and I don't have the box it came in. Would public mobile have it stored somewhere in my account.

Yes public mobile stores at least the last device to have the sim card in it along with usually 2 or 3 previous devices.
If you have a removable battery it is often on the device under the battery. What make and model of phone do you have?

@xbiordi if you have an iPhone, it might have it on the back of the sim tray
if you have an Samsung, or any Android phone, you can check your FindmyPhone service.
Google: https://myaccount.google.com/find-your-phone
Samsung: https://findmymobile.samsung.com/
Possibly Apple has that info in the FindMyDevice service too
https://www.apple.com/ca/icloud/find-my/
PM would know your IMEI, too but I am not sure if they will just give it to you, open ticket and check:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

Iphones have in various places like back or SIM card holder.
Phones that open may have on a white label and also look under battery
Also look in settings, about.
