I would like to reset my 4 digit pin

I would like to reset the 4 digit PIN I use when I call *611.  The reason being, I forgot the 4 digit PIN I choose.

Hi @Charles99.  You have posted to a really old topic.  In the future, you should always start a new topic for a new question.

That aside, in order to change your PIN, you will need to contact the moderator team via private message and ask them to help.

If you forgot your PIN, you will need to contact PM by web mail from the mailing address used when initially signing up. Be prepared to have identification with you.

Click on Contact Us on this site's home page. Another page will open with Email Away on it. Click that. Another page will open with a radio button web form. Click the appropriate radio buttons and submit your form to Public Mobile. An agent will probably contact you in 2 business days.
