@Ra_white - if you have lost or damaged your current public mobile sim card/phone, obtain a new SIM card and swap the number on your My Account.
See how to report lost / stolen: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/lost-or-stolen-phone
See "How To Change Your SIM Card" in this Help Article: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/sim-swap
If issues with your My Account, click here to request a SIM Swap with the Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA): Submit ticket for a SIM SWAP
If you are not a customer here yet, and want to bring over your number from another provider, see helpful info. here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/port-fraud-protection

@Ra_white , I assume you are with a different service and would like to join Public Mobile and port your number over. If that is the case, it is quite simple. During the activation process you have the choice of taking a new number or transferring in a number from an existing active service with a different provider. As long as your number is in an active account with a different provide you will be able to transfer in that number during the activation process. This help article explains the entire activation process including number porting.

or you are existing customer and need to change sim card?
if exisring customer and need to change sim card, just login My Account using only a desktop or laptop computer and not on mobile phone. Click Change sim card from Quick Link on top right, then just follow the steps from there
