I would like some help with confirming my email address?

most of the questions in the lounge I can’t answer because it tells me to confirm my email address but I didn’t get any email like that to confirm my email address, I was wondering if I can get help from an agent to fix this for me.. I tried incognito mode but it still doesn’t make a difference. thank you.
