I am unable to activate my esim on iPhone 11 it keeps erroring and saying to close tact my carrier. I am in the process of transferring my number however could that be the issue?

hi @lewkel067 iPhone 11 would work. do yiu already have another esim installed?

@lewkel067 did you get past the payment screen and phone number choosing? did you only got stuck with app installing esim.? If so, check the email for QR code and see if you can scan it and manually install it ?
