I was offered a $20 plan-when will that happen???

I was offered a $20 for 4G 3 GB plan, and I reply yes please change my plan to the $20 plan with 3GB and 4G

But apprently my plan still not change yet?

Just dial 611 with your cell...you'll hear current plan status and when next regular plan renewal date is.

Will start on the next renewal after you replied.  When is your coming renewal date?  Or it renewed today or yesterday?
