I was charge 3 times when I change my service

Hi someone,

I've change my services option and I was charge 3 times on my credit card but it's not register.

How can I have a refund? Or could it be credit?

Please contact your credit card company FIRST to make sure these are actual charges and not PENDING charges. If they say they are charges, here is how to create a ticket
