You can buy a new sim card at a corporate Telus/Koodo store or Mobile Klinik, or order from Amazon. Delivery from Public Mobile can be slow. If you unsubscribe and then resubscribe you won't keep the same phone number. To do that you would need to port out to another carrier and then port back in.

You will have to open a ticket through chatbot. Bottom right round icon (on computer), type ticket and follow prompts until you get link to create a ticket.

you can only change to plan available on your Change Subscription page. Some also tried to ask support agent but got declined.

You can change to plan ONLY you see on your account.
IF you do not see it then it is not available to you and you would have to go through process of unsubscribing and subscribing again.
