By my mistake, I terminated my old provider not port out so I can't transfer old number with public mobile. Could you please cancel transfer thing and let me get new number?

Yes, I actually posted after I tried what you said, but it wasn't working. Next day, it worked. I think it was due to the system problem. Thanks though, JL9!

Under your profile in my account you will see a bunch of options, the last option is Change number, if you click that it will give you some options for a new number.

If porting is unsuccessful it will be cancelled by itself. You can pick any available number logging in into your self-serving account.
Did you try that? To pick number?
