Hi there,
I'd like to cancel my plan. I transferred my phone number to rogers, and now I want to cancel my public mobile plan. I don't have the payments tab or the unsubscribe button anymore.
How can I proceed? Thank you!

as said above, "If you can login to your PM account. That means porting was not completed by Rogers because your account will automatically close once porting is completed."
or is your PM service still working? if it is not, then port is completed and account is closed

If you can login to your PM account. That means porting was not completed by Rogers because your account will automatically close once porting is completed.
You will need to contact Rogers to complete the porting.

hi @Lindseyinspace since you can still login, port is not completed yet
you got a text from PM asking for your approval to port out yet? did you reply yes?. usually it is another hour after you replied yes for the line to move out

Hi team,
I am still able to login to my account, but there's no account details in there. Does that mean the process has completed or is still in progress?
By the way, I am so sad to leave public mobile, you guys are way better than rogers. I only have to switch to rogers because i live in a remote area that public mobile does cover. Will miss you!

If you're still able to log into your account, the account isn't closed and you will have to reach out to a CS Agent to close it. However, if you try to log in and can no longer log in, then the account is closed.

hi @Lindseyinspace you don't have to do anything to cancel your PM account if you are porting out your number. In fact if you cancel PM account before port is done, port would not work
when number is successfully ported to Rogers, your PM account would be closed as part of the process. So, just wait for the port to complete
