Hi,
I wanted to update the payment information to resume services. However, the following message displays on my account: "Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription".
Can you please remove the hold so that I can make a payment and resume services?

Public Mobile is a self serve service. Nobody from PM to read your request.
Public Mobile is known to have cache issues. Go into your browser settings, find cache, clear the lifetime cache and close your browser. Open it back up and go to Settings and click on Incognito mode and try logging in again and change it. Just know, try this only once one full hour has passed from the last time you tried.

Try to use the direct link to access the update payment page.
First login using the browser with Incognito mode. After you logged in, paste this link and you will be at the payment updatepage

were you using the app or the browser to access My Account? try using the browser to access My Account and see if there is any button to close that prompt
