Adding to the troubleshooting that @Chalupa_Batman supplied, have you checked to see if the extra payment is in your public mobile account available funds?

If it's there, best to leave it there and it can be used toward your next renewal.

Hello @TC7 

Before you reach out to a CS Agent, I would recommend contacting your credit card company or bank to confirm it's actually an over payment or extra charge. Most people see two charges and think they've been double charged when in fact most times, it's a pending charge and an actual charge. The pending charge usually clears up in a few days. Check with them first and if it is a double charge, then for sure reach out to a CS Agent.
