Can't remember old email address

I am trying to help my dad update his credit card expiry date in his public mobile account.  He is trying to login, but it says email/password invalid.  He did the reset password and entered his current email and it says email is invalid.  He used the option to enter his phone number, and that Worked!.  It says he successfully reset his password.  But then when he tries to login to his account, it still says invalid email/password.  We THINK the problem is he is using the wrong email address.  He did switch ISP's a few years ago and we lost that old email account.  When we try the "Forgot my email" link, it is sending the email to that old account we think.  And we can't remember the first part of that old email now.

Basically, he just needs to know how we find out just what his registered email address is.  We already have the password reset based on the phone number.
