I used a referral code when signing up but never got my $10 credit

I just applied for Public Mobile a couple hours ago and when I was signing up I used a referral code from a video I was watching because it said I could get a $10 credit. Well unfortunately, after signing up and getting the new plan for my phone, I noticed that I didn't get the credit (I did get the $2 discount though for auto-pay). Is there a reason I didn't get my credit?

@Qman If you just signed up. Wait for 72 hours. If you used the right code, you get the credit by then.

The OP states that the referral code was in the video. The official Public Mobile videos don't have referral codes in them. The video that was watched would have been made by a customer.

I suggest against this. The link to a video containing a referral code would get removed.

Hi, Welcome to Public Mobile!  I believe the referral code can take up to 2 days to show on your account, but when you log into your Self Serve account it will show up, as will the autopay.  Enjoy the savings!

They say it may take up to 72 hours, vote it's usually there the next day.
