I just applied for Public Mobile a couple hours ago and when I was signing up I used a referral code from a video I was watching because it said I could get a $10 credit. Well unfortunately, after signing up and getting the new plan for my phone, I noticed that I didn't get the credit (I did get the $2 discount though for auto-pay). Is there a reason I didn't get my credit?

@Qman If you just signed up. Wait for 72 hours. If you used the right code, you get the credit by then.

Hi, Welcome to Public Mobile! I believe the referral code can take up to 2 days to show on your account, but when you log into your Self Serve account it will show up, as will the autopay. Enjoy the savings!
