Hi,
I am a new public mobile subscriber and was referred by a friend I used their referral code but it seems it did not get applied at the time of subscription. What is the best way to apply it now?

the $10 is a credit to be applied after the activation is completed. It will be added to your My Account within 72 hours. The credit can be used on your renewal 30 days later

@DEEPINBOX It takes up to 72 hours after activation for the one time $10 credit to appear in your available funds in your account . If it’s been more then 3 days contact support to ensure it was applied correctly

Agent can apply referral code to your account after subsription.
Open a ticket through chatbot. Type ticket and follow prompts until you get ticket link.
