Hi all,
I transferred from Bell, but it did not complete the porting of my number and I am not getting calls or texts. I did get a message that said it "Looks like you entered an incorrect ESN/MEID.". I tried the link it provided but it seems to be broken.
What would be the best solution to have this resolved?

@CMason1985 Best to ignore IMEI and just give providers account number . No worries thou I’ll send you the porting team number private message away . Give them a call and they can retrigger the port request for you
