Hello,
My plan cycle just renewed yesterday (cycle july 25-august 24). My plan is 10.5G but my usage says I already used 5.63GB (4.87GB) however I barely used my phone and I don't see this reflected in my usage history. Could someone look into this. Thank you in advance.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

Maybe it didn't reset with yesterday's renewal? Open a ticket using the chatbot. Go here for information how. https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/send-us

@nj2004 There were reports that the browser cache might be the reason that it is not showing the most updated counter
Try to login from a Incognito windows and see if it showing the true usage. Or try using a different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox)
