I paid for 5 g but I don't see 5g my phone is compatible 5g but I don't see it

I see 5G and I'm not even in a 5G plan. The plan just determines the max speed PM will give you; we all have access to the 5G, 4G, and 3G networks, regardless of the plan we're on.
As others have asked, what phone do you have? And have you changed the network settings to Automatic or 5G preferred on your actual phone?

@Mart27 what brand and model is your phone?
did you try a phone reboot?
Also, check Preferred network type or network mode, change it to Automatic or one with 5G there

Maybe your phone will not display 5G indicator at the top line.
