I subscribed but no service

esim failed, what do I do ? I have no phone to use very soon

@marksu , I am really sorry & I know this is very frustrating. I would fix it for you if I was able to but I am unable to 😞 Unfortunately sometimes things do fail. Thank you for being patient with me anyways.

I would suggest rebooting your phone & trying to scan the code again but I don’t know if it would work! 😔

@marksu , if you do not see ‘Turn On This Line’ (for iPhone) even after resetting network settings & rebooting your phone then unfortunately yes it didn’t install 😔. If you received the eSIM QR Code in your email & tried scanning it but it didn’t work only CS_Agent can help you with getting your service working. Sorry 😞 Please sent them a private message using the link I provided.

I don't see turn on this line, I added esim last night and later it says esim failed, contact support, but this is not support at all. I have iphon2 12 with the newest version

@marksu , I have seen this issue a few times. Please try the steps below that has worked for some & if they do not work send a private message to CS_Agent for help with it. 

  1. In cellular settings make sure that “ Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’)
  2. Reset Network Settings & Reboot Phone.

Try to manually install the eSIM if it has not been installed yet.  There is a QR code in your Welcome email.  Open it from a computer, or another device, then use your phone to scan it to install the eSIM profile on your phone

Once you installed the eSIM profile, (or If you got passed that step),  try to reboot your phone once.  

If it still does not connect and if you have any active sim on the phone , disable them (eSIM/Physica sim) or remove the physical sim.  And make sure the one associated with PM sim and your phone number is enabled.  Then click Reset All Networks on your phone and it will work.  (Please note that Reset all Networks will also erase your saved Wifi and Bluetoosh connections, but you just need to add them back after). Also, it is possible you have to reset it multiple times for it to work.

if it still does not work, please open ticket with PM support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Check SIM Manager to see if the eSIM is there.  If not, get the QR code from email, scan it and install to your phone.  Might need Reset All networks after
