My account says my service is on hold because my subscription has expired on sept 26.
I have had no phone service yet. Tied to pay with available funds as it asks, to no avail.
PLEASE GIVE ME MY PHONE SERVICE OR RETURN MY MONEY AND MY PHONE NUMBER. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you are on AutoPay, check to see if your CC has expired.
You have 90 days to make a payment or you will loss your number, account closed and SIM will no longer work.

first, remove your phone number
next, did you try to login My Account and pay? Click Pay and Resume services and make payment
or you can pay by voucher first. Buy from Shopper Drugs mart and then call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone and load the voucher there
