@Cor22 , it should allow you to change your plan & pay using your funds from your balance in your account! Just make sure that you select change on renewal otherwise you’ll lose what’s left of your current plan & you won’t receive funds back for any of your current unused plan!

Edit: I should have said it is now called ‘change subscription’. Here’s a link for some info > Change your subscription

Are your services currently working? Had you already set up the new login system?

Before you add the full $100 @Cor22 , be somewhat certain you will continue to be a user of Public Mobile services for at least a couple/few months as once added, they're non-refundable should you elect to port to another provider.

If you're sticking around, then just apply it to your PM account.

If they are in smaller denominations otherwise, perhaps best to apply them as needed to cover the upcoming renewal value.

@Cor22 ,

You can funds to account with a voucher by dialing 611 or

  1. Log in to the Public Mobile app  (select + symbol on bottom left) or My Account (click  >  symbol on bottom left)
  2. Go to the ‘Payments’ tab
  3. Select ‘Redeem Payment Voucher’
  4. Enter the 12-digit PIN in the box labeled ‘Payment Voucher Code’ and select ‘Add’
  5. Select ‘Redeem Voucher’
