@sarilakkis

If you released your number, it will be returned to the carrier you originally got the number from. If it is not Telus, Koodo or PM then it is gone.

You can check the carrier that owns your number:

https://freecarrierlookup.com/

If it is Telus, Koodo or PM then there is a slim chance you can get it back.

HI @sarilakkis

they usually reply within an hour or two.  Just keep checking the Community inbox and reply them.  They will first ask you some verification questions.  Within 2 or 3 message exchanges and should be sorted by end of day today

HI @sarilakkis

possible if you released it only yesterday (and if you got that number new from PM or Koodo or telus)

Please submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to help
