I refered a friend she received the $10 credit but I have not received the $1 a month credit.

When logging in to your account, scroll down a little bit until you see

Of you see $1 then reward has been added and will be applied on next billing cycle.

@JimEastwood your $1 referral reward should show in your MY ACCOUNT right away before your friend sees the $10 one time credit. I will NOT show in your balance but in the Referral caption and upon renewal the $1 will go towards your balance and then your payment is taken from balance first then auto pay. They say the $10 credit can take up to 72 hours but is usually the next day.

Is their account active ?  Log into your account to see under referrals if their phone# appears ?

 @JimEastwood : It doesn't come in right away as a "credit". You should see it under your Rewards area as a $1 (or additional) next to the referral line. This will get converted into Available Funds as a credit at your renewals.
