this is what I suppose to got. I had just 10 dollors credit. 

$10 dollors off in credit, $dollors welcom reward point , and 15% in point on every bill

I have not got it. please help

@JeongminLee  Did you put the referral code in the promo code section by mistake ? You want to reach out support and confirm you applied correctly in the correct spot , otherwise it should be in your account with in 72hours after activation . Did your friend that refereed you get the 1$ /1 point added to their  account ?

when did you activate?  the $10 friend credit will be in your account 72 hours after activation

the 3x points , i think that has been gone for long time. So, when did you activate?

you can also submit a ticket with CS agent and they can check
